		<description>Small point for a wonderful article:

 "During the summer of 2006, France had to close down several of its reactors during a heat wave and drought, because the hot water was dangerously hot for the health of the nearby rivers"

It is my information that the reactors were reduced in output because the river water used in cooling (as mentioned in the "Nuclear Reactor" section)was too warm to effectively cool the process.

Is it cynical of me to wonder if a large industrial concern (even a government owned one) would allow extraneous factors - the health of nearby rivers - to influence its' operating procedures?
